SemEHR

Overview

SemEHR is a general-purpose semantic search system to surface semantic data from clinical notes. It has been build on top of CogStack-Pipeline and uses Bio-YODIE as the main NLP engine.

In the current version of the CogStack ecosystem utilising Apache NiFi as the main pipeline engine there is not yet available the clear linkage with SemEHR component.

This is still a work-in-progress though.
